We want our easy returns policy to be loved just as much as the clothes we make.

That’s why we offer a full refund or store credit on returned items, enclose a free return satchel with each order, and cover the postage cost on all Australian returns, free of charge.

It’s a similar story with international orders, thanks to PayPal’s ‘Return Shipping on Us’, which covers full postage costs on qualifying returns.

So, if you’re less than 100% delighted with any item you receive from us, here’s what to do:

Step 1

Within five days of receiving your delivery, use your order email address to sign in to your Frske account. If you can’t remember your password, or haven’t yet created one, click ‘Forgot password?’

Step 2

Once signed in, select ‘Completed Orders’, click ‘Return Item(s)’ for the relevant order, then indicate which item(s) you wish to return, the reason, and whether you require a store credit or refund.

Step 3

Click the ‘SUMBIT RETURN REQUEST’ button. We will confirm your request ASAP and provide you with a Return Authorisation Number.

Step 4

Within 48 hours of receiving your Return Authorisation Number, please prepare your return parcel for shipping, and lodge as follows:

For Australian Orders

  1. Place the relevant item(s) in the return satchel that arrived with your order, along with a copy of your invoice.
  2. Write your Return Authorisation Number on the reply paid label provided.
  3. Affix the reply paid label to the satchel, seal carefully and lodge over the counter at an Australia Post outlet.

For International Orders

  1. Place the relevant item(s) in the return satchel that arrived with your order, along with a copy of your invoice.
  2. Seal the satchel carefully and return via the tracked delivery service of your choice to this address:

  3. If you used PayPal to make your purchase, login to your PayPal account to submit your return postage refund request.

Step 5

Send an email to returns@frske.com indicating your Return Authorisation Number, the return parcel’s tracking number and, for international orders, the delivery service provider used.

Returns Policy

The item you return will need to arrive in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with the swing tags attached. It needs to have been assigned a Return Authorisation Number (RMA), and lodged for return within seven days of you receiving the item originally. Once we confirm this, we will begin arranging your store credit or refund. Items that don’t meet these criteria may be sent back to you. Your returned items remain your responsibility until we receive them; we cannot take responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Timeframe for refunds/store credits

We can usually finalise store credits and initiate full refunds within 24 hours of receiving your return. With refunds, the method will be the same as that used when making your payment at our online checkout. The time required to process a refund depends on the financial institution involved and may take up to 10 business days.

Exchanges

We produce in limited numbers, and cannot guarantee the item you require will be in stock when your return arrives. For this reason, we suggest you first purchase the desired item, then return the unwanted item for a full refund or store credit.

Cancellations and order amendments

Once you place your online order, we are unable to cancel payment; add, remove or change items, or add or remove coupon codes or discounts. However, there may be a brief window during which you can change the delivery address. If you are aware of an error, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help.
