We ship worldwide. Delivery is free of charge within Australia on all orders above A$99, and on international orders above A$300. Express delivery is available within Australia for A$15.

CARBON NEUTRAL DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We use Australia Post for all deliveries as they offer a carbon neutral service with end-to-end track and trace. If you have a tracking number, you can check the progress of your order here.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
We aim to ship every order within 24-48 hours of receipt.
Standard shipping to metropolitan areas within Australia will generally take 2-5 business days, and 3-10 business days for most regional and rural locations. Express shipping to metropolitan areas within Australia will generally take 1-2 business days, and 2-4 business days for most regional and rural locations.
A flat rate of A$30 is charged for international orders that do not qualify for free delivery. Shipping times vary depending on the destination country, but should generally take no more 6-10 business days.
IF YOUR DELIVERY DOES NOT ARRIVE WHEN EXPECTED
Please contact us so we can follow-up on your behalf with Australia Post. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for missing orders that result from a delivery address being entered incorrectly. (That's why we ask that you please double-check these details at the time of ordering.)
DUTIES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders to places outside of Australia may attract import taxes, customs duties or other fees specific to the destination country. We are unable to confirm these charges at the time of purchase, however the customs department of the country in question will be able to assist you.
Responsibility for charges of this nature rests solely with the customer. If you do not wish to pay them, you may refuse delivery. We are happy to apply a store credit for orders which are refused, less the postage costs we incurred for their original shipment and subsequent return.
